This image was inspired by the ecological relationships and connections within all of the elements of an ecosystem: pollination, growth via photosynthesis, nutrient cycling, cellular respiration, and mycorrhizal symbiosis, to name a few.

This image was also inspired by the physical sensations and imagery I associate with simple somatic exercises: orienting, humming, self-touch, focused breathing, and grounding.
